We helped Cardinal to mold their sales materials into a user journey by getting to know their content and their sales process. We used detailed sitemaps and initial page templates to help them visualize their content in a new framework.
The experience can be explored in both a linear and non-linear way. Sales people can tap through the steps in order or jump to a step that is most important to their current conversation, allowing for an experience that can be customized on the fly.
